WHY F45 WORKS
It is the best F45 branch in Dubai; the team is on fire, the vibes are great, and the instructors keep following us, pushing us, and giving us the best energy for the day. They add the spice to the workout as I tried the same exercise at another branch, but I didn't like it. If you want to try F45 classes you should try it there.

It is definitely a very different, one of a kind experience, that is positively changing you mentally and physically… Very supportive team, nice music, diverse workouts, and most importantly friendly and ego-free environment. As a newbie, I was VERY anxious to try something like that and today I am so grateful I managed to get out of my comfort zone. If one has F45 studio near by home, I would say it’s a blessing and a place to visit as part of self-care routine <3
